Benjamin SPaRK is a Franco-Belgian artist born in 1969, who lives and works in Brussels. As a painter and sculptor SPaRK creates spooky characters and draw his inspiration from comics, cartoons, advertising and ancestral symbols of humanity.
He appears to be recognised through “street pop” Brussels, a movement which claims the synthesis of American pop culture with the European street art. The artist explored and developed his own techniques over the years and with his skill set, he managed to make highly finished compositions. SPaRK feeds the world around him to recreate his own universe, full of humour and colour.
